Eligibility Criteria

Interested candidates must meet the following essential eligibility criteria as of October 16, 2025:

Educational Qualification

  • 10th Pass: Must have passed Class 10th (Matriculation) or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

  • ITI Certificate: Must possess an ITI certificate in the relevant trade (e.g., Fitter, Welder, Electrician, etc.) from an institute recognized by NCVT/SCVT.

Age Limit (as on 16.10.2025)

  • Minimum Age: 15 Years

  • Maximum Age: 24 Years

  • Age Relaxation: Upper age limit relaxation is applicable for candidates belonging to SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), and PwBD (10 years) categories as per government rules.

Selection Process

The selection for the RRC NER Gorakhpur Trade Apprentice posts will be purely merit-based. There will be no written examination or interview.
